About Electrical Engineering
Electrical engineering, a fundamental engineering discipline, centers on designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems for quality, safety, and sustainability. It involves manufacturing electrical equipment crucial in construction, building, and power distribution. Students study semiconductors and microprocessors. The undergraduate course grants a B.Tech/B.E. degree, while the postgraduate course offers an M.Tech, preparing graduates for leadership and innovation in the field.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
For undergraduate admission, candidates must have successfully completed the 10+2 examination from CBSE or an equivalent board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects, meeting the specified minimum qualifying marks in aggregate.
For Post Graduate admission, candidates should have a B.Tech degree with a minimum passing percentage in an aggregate of the subjects studied at the degree level.
